"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."

"Sauberkeit war top. Entäuschend das Büro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem Büro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag früher abgereist. Ich habe den Schlüssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem Büro. Trotzdem haben sie den Schlüssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll für den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."

"Ich finde man sollte in der Beschreibung der Wohnung mitteilen das es keine Möglichkeit gibt sich nach draußen zu setzen(Balkon) und vielleicht sollte man auch noch mitteilen, dass diese sich im Dritten Stock befindet. Man musste immer 36 Stufen hoch und auch wieder runter laufen."

Moreover - they don’t bother to pickup calls at the front desk. Poor experience and poor communication. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Good location. "I was travelling with friends who had another room but had the same experience. There was a problem with the aircon and our room temperature was 26c. I reported this to reception and the chap went to another room to remotely set the temperature for me. In the mean time he suggested opening our window until the temperature became acceptable. If there was a problem with the aircon then why weren’t we notified on checking in? And why didn’t they set the temperature beforehand to 21c instead of leaving it at 26c? My friends had a similar experience and we overheard someone else at reception having the same problem. Also, there was no water in the room. "
