Sleeps 4. Here you can take in the breathtaking views of The Corner Inlet bay from the balcony or bedroom and explore the gardens. animals and orchard fruit trees on the property. Only 10 minutes to boat ramp and long jetty in Port Welshpool, Agnes Falls and within 30 minutes of Wilson's Prom, this is the perfect base to relax, hike, fish, play golf and enjoy all South Gippsland has to offer! Pls note there is no oven or stove. There is an electric frypan and bbq for use to cook. At times the acerage may be shared with holidaymakers at Miranda Homestead. There are separate fenced areas to each property and then shared spaces around the property such as the orchard. From there we were able to visit many beautiful locations in the three days we stayed. The cottage is comfortable, and we got fresh eggs from the hens on the property every day! The only downside was the six goats, which are stabled directly under the bedroom, made constant noise at night, keeping my partner awake on two of the three nights. When we arrived my wife started having allergies not sure if the cat had been inside or if it was the dust. Vacuum the entire house including the couch, dusted, vacuum of the chairs, and wiped down the dining table. There's quite a bit picked up by the vacuum cleaner and the dining table had not been wiped and sometime as it was quite a bit of build up on top (photo after one wipe of dining table). The towels were washed but they appear to have been washed with something incredibly fluffy because showering and drying my face I was left with fluff in my eyes and on my face and all over my body.The couch is clearly peeling and there's to be replaced.There was advertised a fireplace but there was no wood for the fireplace which was disappointing. It's a lovely location and the cottage is beautiful but I don't believe the minimum for service was met. ##### Daniel R. It was a little shabby but had everything that we needed. We were able to collect lovely fresh eggs on the first day which we cooked in the electric frying pan. The main downside is the goats which sleep directly under the bedroom. They make near constant noise throughout the night which as a light sleeper I found really challenging. Otherwise the animals are a lovely addition. Just need to move the goats to a different space in the yard. ##### Bridget C. The presence of goats, chooks and cattle just added to the ambience and they were very well behaved and curious at the same time. The day was hot so it was very thoughtful of the owners/property manager to keep the air con running to ensure that we walked into a cool and fragrant house. The place was neat, clean and had all the essentials as mentioned on the listing. We also appropriate Priscilla's quick response to our queries around sleeping arrangements. The place was tidy and the goats, chicken and cat were such a delight. The goats underneath the cottage make some noise but not too bad at night and we could sleep just fine. The TV mostly didnt have connection to many channels and the Telstra TV doesn't work. Because we were mostly out, it was fine having no access to TV and streaming platforms. Very cosy and clean. Close to the Southern Rail Trail and the town of Toora and a handy central place to stay to jump to different places for day trips. The chickens are friendly (yummy eggs) and the frogs are fun to watch at night, chasing bugs on the outside of the windows. ##### Steve W. The property is in a beautiful farm, which is great but we had the goats right underneath our bedroom which kept us up. The property is also not the cleanest. ##### Bevin S.
