この施設に関する口コミの９割は確かです。 それらに追加、修正してコメントします。 宿泊はIROU 01に２泊、部屋は広いですがシングルベッドが二台なので2名宿泊限定だと思います。 【立地】 確かにGoogleマップで表示はされますが、昼間でも分かりにくい場所です。 夜間は街灯がほぼ無いので初めて行く場合は、絶対に陽があるうちに行ってください。 【案内】 とにかく簡単には辿り着きません、途中に看板等を設置できれば良いですが、近隣住民の理解や景観を考えると難しいのであれば、より細かい案内図のPDFなど用意してほしい。 【ミニキッチン】 立地にも関係するが、周りにレストラン等は無いので、自分たちで用意しなくてはなりません。 電子レンジもないのでミニキッチンが欲しいところです。 【シャワーカーテン】 両サイドのフックを通す穴が破けていることもあり、端っこからお湯が飛び出します。 そもそもバスタブの長さの半分位のシャワーカーテンなので無理があります。 【ゴミの回収】 入口の脇に2つのゴミ箱がありますが、毎日回収してくれるわけではないようです。 宿泊は２名までだと思うので、それで十分かもしれません。 【床】 オフィスの床のような50cm × 50cm角のフロアマットは隙間だらけで、踏み心地に違和感あり。 申し訳ない言い方ですが素人が「初めてやったリノベーション感」が拭えません。 細かいことを言うとまだまだ有りますが… 期待し過ぎないぐらいが丁度良いと思います。

建物自体はかつてのリゾートヴィラを再利用したような古い感じですが、内装は天井が高く開放感があり、またホテルのような高級感もありました

建物自体はかつてのリゾートヴィラを再利用したような古い感じですが、内装は天井が高く開放感があり、またホテルのような高級感もありました。立地は土庄港の中心部からは少し離れていますが車で10分程度なのでそれほど苦にはなりません。静かで波の音だけという環境なのでとても居心地がいいです。当たり前ですが自然に囲まれているので虫は多いです。個人的には焚火セットが利用できるのもよかったです。火起こし苦戦しましたが、ハンモックに寝ころびながらオリーブの木と焚火と波音とビール、、、最高でした。
