No reception desk but self check-in instructions were very clear. There are only two apartments with two parking spots - one is right next to 102, and the other parking spot is 110m away (but it's easy enough to park outside to load/unload before parking in the designated bay). Kitchen amenities are not bad and adequate for cooking a simple meal. (Bring your own salt, oil and other basics.)
