"Read several negative reviews so wasn't expecting much. But I was pleasantly surprised! Rooms were clean enough and the facility was on par with other budget hotel options but with the added bonus of being walking distance to the beach. Continental breakfast was unexpected and being fresh Dunkin Donuts bagels and donuts was IMO above and beyond what I typically expect from budget hotels. The fresh breakfast was much appreciated! Parking was on street and the road was quiet during our stay. It seemed like a safe neighborhood. Looking forward to staying here again. I left 4 stars because this isn't a "five star" hotel by definition. But in the budget hotel class, they were for us a 5 star choice! Thank you!"

"Great relaxing resort. All rooms are on the 4th floor. Reception team was very welcoming and personable. Partial ocean view room was fantastic. Very clean toiletries well stocked. Cleaning service was great. Food and bar drinks were well presented. Couples massage was ultra relaxing and great way to start the trip. Only ding I would give is the pool area was understaffed which resulted in guests needing to help themselves and or go to the bar for adult beverages."
