"one of the things that drew me to your property is the fact that you had a hoyer lift to help get my husband from his wheelchair into the pool. Problem is that the young lady working the front desk didn't know how to operate it. So I believe that your staff needs training. She kept telling me that when I checked in the pool is busy and it's quieter at 9am and I believe she was trying to not have to call her manager to ask how to work it."

"We had a wonderful week at this cozy little cabin hideaway in the forest! The sunsets on the lake were picturesque, and the kayaks were a fun addition to the property! The cabin had everything we needed to make simple meals, and no shortage of soft throw blankets making it feel like homey. The host was very responsive and clearly took pride in their property."
