"積水ハウスの素晴らしい建物で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 ただ、1階の南側の居室、浴室あたりが入ってすぐ凄く臭かったです。匂いの対策をされた方が良いのではと思いました。また、浴室には少し黒カビがあったのと、2階の居室には以前の宿泊者のものなのか靴下が引き出しに入っていたので処分しました。 調味料は一切ないので、ある程度購入してから行く必要があります。 コンビニが徒歩すぐ、スーパーも車ですぐのところにある為、全く困りませんでした。 とても良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。"

"OK. I’m going to start with the tough part: I can’t understand how the door locks on the room can be allowed. They are not at all safe. The door can be locked FROM THE OUTSIDE by someone else, and the people inside can be locked into their room!! Massive fire hazard. The mgmt really do need to look into a different system. Secondly, the door “lock” from the inside is insuffient: it is like a very small/wimpy latch that could easily be rendered useless by an intruder. As two women travelling (mother/daughter) I was very aware that the others staying at the guest house were all men. No staff onsite. With these two items rectified it would render a higher rating from me. The room was quirky, but clean. Has toilets down the hall, and a bath/shower room on the main floor. Help yourself to free ear plugs at the door, as the walls are not soundproofed and you will hear it all! Checking in and getting the key through an iPad felt like a geocaching experience. The neighbourhood is quiet but lovely, literally a handful of steps from the Enoden train line’s Hase station and a short walk to the beach. Some lovely restaurants here but rarely open and some nights we had a tough time finding anything open. "

"Welcome drink machine at reception area was bonus point, we keep coming back after swimming and dinner. Do not forget your swimsuit, otherwise you will deeply regret to miss indoor swimming pool & spa experience. Delicious Buffet dinner on top of that, they provide free alcohol as well ! Top floor Onsen hit springs were so relaxing ,and the moment of sunset was breathtaking. and they provide so many variety of hair care goods, shampoo and conditioner, therefore I ended up wash my hair several times !"

"The location was maybe 3 or 4 minutes from the station, Near a 7-11 and a Lawson Station. A wonderful stay in Kamakura. The staff were extremely helpful in getting us a guide for the city and deliverying luggage to the airport. It's on a main drag that leads to the beach or up to the major city shrine. The room was very efficient and comfortable, the hot water plentiful for the bath! Downstairs there was a very nice restaurant that had a wonderful buffet breakfast. Totally recommend!"
