Four bedrooms with plenty of space to accommodate families or groups of 6 to 8 persons. New construction and major appliances. Open plan with nice kitchen island. Large back yard with bbq grill. Most kitchen accessories were available. Cons: The garage was locked and inaccessible requiring us to park our rental car outside. Master bedroom closets were locked and inaccessible. The owners personal items, such as clothes, scrapbooks, knickknacks, children’s toys etc... filled most drawers and cabinets throughout the house. The owners had their own food in a portion of the refrigerator, most of the freezer, and pantry. We were advised not to use their food stuff with the exception of condiments (salt and pepper). The house is a good 20 minutes drive to the Woodlands Mall and/or highway 45 without traffic. The neighborhood is under construction with new houses being built all around. ##### Edward K. ---
