"The most unforgettable villa we’ve ever stayed in — a perfect Italian getaway!We were a family of 7 plus a 1-year-old baby (the villa is very well equipped for babies). It’s located in the heart of beautiful nature, surrounded by forest — quiet, peaceful, and relaxing.The villa itself is amazing, with 4 large units, each with its own bathroom and shower. Beds are comfortable, and there’s AC on the upper floor (the lower one stays cool naturally). The kitchen has everything you need, and there’s also a grill for barbecuing.The outdoor space is the highlight: a lovely yard, a large table for meals with a view, beach chairs, and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the scenery. The view is simply breathtaking.The housekeeper (our main contact) and the groundskeeper were both incredibly kind and helpful. She made everything run smoothly, and he went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. They made us feel truly welcome.A local chef can also come cook with you — fresh pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu. A fantastic experience!Note: The road to the villa is bumpy and the nearest supermarket is 30 minutes away, but you don’t need a special vehicle — a regular private car is totally fine.If you’re looking for a quiet, incredible vacation in Italy — this is definitely the place for you!"

The house is very clean, charming and cosy. I loved relaxing in the backyard garden between the sightseeing journeys. It was a great place to explore Umbria and the surroundings. "

"The communication throughout was excellent. Very fast and friendly response in the run up to our stay. Our flight was delayed, but it was all very flexible and well managed.The house is in such an amazing spot. There are a few houses nearby but all far enough away that you feel like you're the only one on the hill. Yet, it is 15 minutes to a nearby town with supermarkets, restaurants etc and even Perugia is less than 30 minutes away. The house is very spacious. We were with 7 people and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is also spacious, and well equiped although we ate on the beautiful table outside everyday. Even though it was warm (35 degrees) outside, the house never felt too warm. In the evenings it was especially pleasant given that you are in the mountains. The pool is beautiful, well sized and well maintained. The children were there every day. We visited Lago Trasimeno, which is 20 minutes away. There are beaches there and we had a nice swim and a play on paddle boards. All in all, this was a great find and we loved our stay."
