"Very good hotel. Located on the outskirts of Salalah, in a quiet place. Spacious rooms, in fact we were given full-scale one bedroom apartment! Fantastic service, special thanks to Sri-Lankan chief Mohammed and waiter Saif. Breakfast was amazing, we stayed 5 days and there were 5 different sets of food for breakfast. Without even asking Saif provided us with cold drinks at the swimming pool every day. Will definitely stay in this hotel on our next visit to Salalah! Just remember that a car is essential while staying in this place."

" : Most of things are great in this hotel suites including friendly staff, breakfast, cafe 360, services and parking. moreover there are two private doors from backside hotel connected to elevators directly which is suitable for families. there is a swimming pool/baby corner/setting area/gym room in the roof. -: most of gym equipment were not working and No proper maintenance looks done. in suite 408 the toilet of master room is small in size and the sliding door not working well moreover there is no smell sealant provided. the TV room furniture is old. No cutlery and cups provided in the kitchenet. "

"While the staff were excellent and it was nice enough, the location was terrible for a solo traveller without a car. I felt like I was miles away and no real options other than taxis. The other issues were the locals coming in to the pool in the afternoon, who had no respect at all for the premises, there were taking food into the pool, one even smoking in the fool, its was like being in a zoo. While the location was quite, you cold hear noise from other rooms, especially the doors which were very heavy and slammed loudly. So if you want a relaxing time, stay at a bigger resort with more options, or if you want to see more, find somewhere in town to stay"
