It was amazing stay, I highly appreciate the staff special thanks to Jine ( in the recipient) he was very professional and went out of his way all the time, very helpful, all the staff very supportive and make you feel very VIP. I am definitely going to return to this hotel. Massage was amazing, the pool well maintained, the rooms were very large and clean and the most important they treat guest with high respect and very generous. Maybe one area for improvement would be the breakfast restaurant, it would be better if the restaurant in conscience location. But the food was fresh and delicious. The beach access was easy and I loved every thing in this resort. I thank them for my amazing experience.

Enjoyable, Relaxing Stay

The resort is nice and close to the attractions. Rooms are spacious and interestingly they have a room fully equipped for people with disability. There is a play room for the kids in the lobby. Breakfast buffet is good as well the big nice swimming pool with sliding for the kids. The area is nice for walking. People are soo friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it.

Taste/Quality and price of food. We ordered out and for 10 Omani Riyal we all ate, exceptional food, and had food left over for later. Hotel was charging us 10 omani riyal each, 5 for our 8 years old (£50) for just one meal and taste and quality was not equal to outside restaurant food. Taxi _ being ripped off, taxi driver arguing when challenges, stating your staying in 5 star hotel, paying 100 Omani Riyal (we were not) we can charge, if dont like it, go stay in 20 ORiyal a night in town etc _ Stopping our outside taxi picking us up, having walk in the heat with baby and daughter to get taxi, not being able to go see Salalah due to ridiculous taxi prices, Even when got hotel taxi, window did not go down, no AC, car not up to standard etc When we 1st arrived, having to wait over 3 hours for our room, no one coming over to offer or see how we doing etc Baby had to sleep on the sofa, We had to approach reception at 315, when check in was at 3, to enquire about our room No indoor pool/privacy

La struttura è ben tenuta anche se non recente. Camere ampie e ben tenute. Il personale è efficientissimo e molto gentile, davvero impeccabili. Unico difetto oggettivo della struttura è la posizione: da un lato si affaccia su zona industriale e porto. La spiaggia è comunque bellissima e si fanno lunghe passeggiate andando verso Salalah. Un suggerimento: installare in camera TV che possano permettere di accedere a Netflix e servizi simili.

En fantastisk kilometerlång nästan öde strand utanförhotellet! Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Palm Grove restaurant vid stranden var stängd för långe tid. Var lite trist med den enda bufferestsuranten. Hotellet ligger lite långt utanför centrum och taxi är dyrt. Ingen shuttle service erbjuds.
