The hotel is on a very busy tight street with no place to stop near the entrance for luggage drop off. And there is no parking. Town parking lots available (5-7 minute walk away)after supper but before that difficult to find parking. We booked the castle view room and seemed clean enough at first glance but very basic. I first noticed the ants while in the bathroom. We had our luggage up on a stand but open, the next morning our suitcases were crawling with ants. Bed was not comfortable." The staff is excellent and helps make tge stay exceptional. Would stay here again."
