    Located 10 minutes from Valle de Bravo, very close to the Toluca/Mexico City–Valle de Bravo highway.

    Situated within a gated community with automated access, a covered two-car garage, a heated pool, a spacious yard with a playground, a half-bath, and an outdoor shower, as well as fruit trees and palm trees.

    The house is laid out over two levels: dining room and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and grill; master bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en suite full bathroom; and a guest bedroom with two sofa beds and an en suite full bathroom. Natural lighting and ventilation throughout the day; all areas are accessible via stairs and a ramp for added convenience.

    All areas are maintained to strict hygiene standards.
