Fabulous place!
Quick overnight stay but super happy with everything! Loved our night here! Slept great, very clean, easy parking, good area, nice breakfast and excellent price!

Front desk phone was off the hook. Our toilet clogged and so we had to go to the front desk and told there was nothing they couod do abput it until the morning. Our WIFI didn't work,and found out in the morning when we checked out that there we were marked as a no-show. On top of that I got a message thrpugh expedia 3 hours after we left that my credit card did not go theough (new number fro the one I originally reserved with). I called back when I atrived home that evening to give them the correct number and they said they couldn't find my reservation. The room was clean, but verey tight and the water innthe shower was warm at best.

I liked the basic-needs approach which helps keep prices lower. But it seemed the construction and furnishing needed to be better-quality. As far as maintenance goes, there were tiles loose in the bathroom and dirt in the floor corners. I don't know what other Tru hotels are like; the concept itself is fine.

Comfortable and progressive hotel.
I enjoyed my stay. Staff is nice, rooms have a slight artsy feel to them. Designed so that you have more opportunity to interact with others guests. Snacks, Coffee, microwave 24/7 is located in lobby instead of in your room which facilitates the interaction with other guests. I found this to be quite ingenious. Would definitely come back.

We TRUly loved it!
My husband and I LOVED our stay at Tru! In fact, he didn't want to leave the next morning. The hotel is decorated in a fresh, fun way that lifts your mood from the moment you walk in. The lobby and our room were immaculately clean. I liked that there was a wood floor instead of carpeting in the room...so much cleaner and better for people with allergies. The room was big, beds comfy, towels smelled fresh, BIG screen TV, great amenities and complimentary products, 24 hr free coffee and tea, good breakfast, nice staff. I could go on, but you get the idea. No complaints!
