Enjoy easy access to I-475. This location is very centrally located. Its less than a mile from Promedica hospital. Very close to University of Toledo, Ottawa Park, etc. Short drive to Perrysburg, etc. 45 minutes drive from Detroit International Airport.

Video Surveillance: The property has external security cameras at the front and back entrances. And there is also an external camera covering the back stairway. The video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of break-in, injury, death, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy, unlawful parking in the carport etc. Disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.

Arrived later than expected and had some difficulty with the keyless entry. Ruby responded and resolved the issue. It took a few text, but all good. Cute apartment, instructions on parking were perfect. I communicated with Ruby often regarding issues and she responded. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we came to Ohio for a family event. Recommended she get ice cube trays, better towels and maybe some extras. Bed was comfortable, couch not so much. The unit has great potential! Good location.
