Them rooms were beautiful, just like the website. Staff was good, kind and pleasant. The only thing we didnt like. Was housing was lazy, we asked multiple times for towels, coffee. They didnt clean our room while we where gone.

There were holes on the halls and door at the room had to be forced to close, it did not automatically closed. The driving area had humongous potholes. Since was leaking and making noise when sleeping. Room was clean so that was good. AC had no label so it was tremendously hard to make it work as intended. Overall very limited hotel. Breakfast was supposed to have fruit and there was no fruit at breakfast, at night the coffee was cold as ice.

Staff were great. Quiet, just what we needed night before husband's surgery at St Charles hospital. Parking lot leaves a great deal to be desired. Horribly in need of repaving. Thanks for being there for us at this stressful time.

There was people blasting in pool area inappropriate music in front of other families children and then a homeless man walking around in building. I approached the desk clerk ,she was acting like this was a daily routine with him.

It was ok.
Staff polite, but some spoke very unprofessionally. The pool was almost constantly filled with rowdy people who just walked to the hotel, but were not guests. People smoking right outside main doors that were propped open
