Remodeled rooms were clean. Staff friendly and enjoyed the breakfast. Parking was an issue do to remodeling. Have stayed here in the past and both times not disappointed. Would stay here again.

Close to BGSU and dining options. Quiet place for a good night. Clean new area.Convenient location to supermarket and gas station. Nice staff. Breakfast could improve. Only one galon of milk to share with everyone (??). Should have individual units.

Thank you for letting us know of your concern. There are black out drapes behind the sheers in every room, they may have just been pushed back to far for you to see. In our renovations we have new, more noticeable blackout curtains, so that should not be an issue going forward.

Had to change rooms because the fan on heating/AC unit rattled very loudly. This room was very nice except for the fan issue, everything was new and had just been renovated. The second room was not as nice, dated furniture and carpet but the building was still under renovations and this room hadn’t been done yet. The morning breakfast was very good; better than most free breakfasts I have had elsewhere. The parking was crammed into half the area they would normally have which made for very tight parking spots. This was due to the equipment of the construction crew taking up the majority of the parking lot. Having said all that it was not a bad place to stay and I would stay there again.

Awful.
The thermostat was broken and stuck at 66, so the room was freezing. The toilet leaked and the tub was clogged, so it filled with water while showering. Also, one section of the wallpaper was bubbling and pulling away from the wall. Overall, very disappointing room that cost over $200 and the front desk didn't offer a discount after complaining.

The pictures of the property must be about 10 years old. The property looks significantly older in person and much darker. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable we had to pull the mattress off and sleep on the floor. Very disappointing given the reviews left online and the cost of the room this particular weekend

Great Hotel
Hotel was very clean, everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Our only issue was that the parking lot was very small. By the time we would get to the hotel around 7pm, every parking spot was full and we had to park on a side road. I asked the front desk person where we should park and she told me "she has no idea."

Checking in a 4 we had to wait for the rooms to be made ready. Bed was not that comfortable. The in room fridge decided it was time to get up around 4:30am with some loud buzzing. All in all a disappointing expensive stay.
