Staff was slow and not super friendly at check in; room was clean but AC unit thermostat on the wall didn’t work, it had a sign that said use the window unit; the AC itself didn’t go colder than 70 and the fan wasn’t that high to keep up with it being warm in the room, very disappointing…

Nice hotel. Workout room is above average, pool is small but good for kids/families. Great breakfast. Right on campus, can't get any closer to Bowling Green!

The people that manage this facility are dishonest and unethical. Stay somewhere else. Somewhere that may appreciate your business.
