"We always stay at this hotel when we come through Haneda. The staff is always so helpful. The onsen allows persons with tattoos. Apart from the fact it can be a little confusing with the multiple elevators, it is a wonderful hotel to stay in between our flights."

"Expensive for what it is. Location is very central if you are into the night life in Kabukicho, but I often found myself doing other things in the city, and getting in and out was a bit of a pain from the crowds."

"Great location - 20 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station. In house grill and restaurant were very good. Staff extremely helpful. Standard rooms are very small, but that is standard across the country. They are extremely functional, clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again."
