Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Very clean and quiet room. Staff was friendly and let me check in early. Great view of city from room window. Convenient location.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
The room was basic but spotless. We were only there to sleep anyway. Everything relied in large part to a self serve model(luggage locker room, check in etc). Staff was fine but not super helpful. Overall our stay was good.

This Hotel far exceeded my expectations. My flight was canceled due to a snowstorm in the United States so I stayed in three of the room types offered. initially I was with my brother so we upgraded to a twin room on the east side of the building.
