"エクスペディアの予約確認から、食事つきかが確認できず連絡フォームに入力したが前日になっても返事がなかったので電話で旅館に確認した。旅館側からはこちらの連絡先がわからなくて困っていたと言われた。部屋の変更で差額支払必要と連絡したかったと。パソコンは見ないとのこと。部屋の電話からロビー？へのかけ方が分からず情報もなかった。鍵がどこにあるかも案内されず入浴中鍵をかけられなかった。後で部屋に置いてある事に気がつく。女将に会えることはほとんど無かったが会えた時に聞きたい事を積極的に聞かないといけないと感じた。人任せでは不便になる。"
