"別莊佳景的溫泉池及池畔風景非常優. 有室內池和室外池，非常適合家族或好友同行. 我覺得不優的是服務人員省著用和語言溝通上的不易. 當日接車的外籍小姐兼職司機、入住協助、第二天接車安排，最後希望我們再寫email確認. 第二天早餐的送餐阿姨除了送餐外、又要比手畫腳確定接車安排（雖然已經再度發送email)…感覺上飯店沒有比較正式的服務中心，感覺人力精簡到有點誇張."

"林の中のカフェ、そのオーナーが営んでいる民宿です。民家を利用しているので、必ずしも綺麗ではないのですが客室は清潔でした。オーナーも話し好きで親切でした。近くに池をめぐる遊歩道があって、散歩の人がカフェに寄ってくれると話しておられました。自然の中で心を癒す宿だとおもいます。私はマラソン参加のために泊まったのですが、スタート地点に近いため、直前までおしゃべりをして、その後近くまで送っていただきました。ありがたかったです。"

"Yutorelo is located right along the main strip of Chuzenji Onsen, making it very convenient for catching the bus between Nikko Station and all the hikes heading up to Yudaki Onsen. The property itself is a very fun, young hostel vibe, with good WiFi and games (i.e. a collection of board games and ping pong), an efficient check-in/out process, and helpful staff. The view from the room and the lounge is also extraordinary."
