Whether you're surfing, exploring, or simply relaxing, this cozy West Coast home offers all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. Many of our guests return year after year! Come see why! Just a heads-up: this unit does not have a washer or dryer. However, there is a local laundromat in town that you’re welcome to use. Additional Notes: Please note that there is no washing machine or dryer available for guest use at this property. For group bookings (up to 6 guests), consider booking the Crow’s Nest Suite (sleeps 2) — located on the same property Shared amenities (hot tub and outdoor shower) are rarely crowded and often enjoyed privately Tofino Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am Host Rules: \-Renters agreement must be signed \-Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a booking. \-Guest limit and Quiet Hours: 4 guest max. ( will allow 1 additional child but must get approval first) In accordance with Tofino regulations, short-term rentals may not accommodate more than 6 guests, including infants and children on one vacation rental property. This means with two vacation rentals on the same property there can ONLY be 6 guests between both rentals (combined with The Crow Suite and The Anchor). \-Peak Summer Season (July and August): A 3-night minimum stay is required. All bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. We do allow a 2-night stay only if there is a 2-night opening. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments. \-Canadian Statutory Holidays: A 3-night minimum stay applies for all Canadian statutory holidays (Must be Friday to Monday). \-Pet Policy: This property allows 1 dog only and must be owner approved. Sorry no cats allowed! \-Discounted Rates: We offer discounted rates for month-long stays only during our low season (January-March 15). \-On-Site Tenant: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite, as required by Tofino Bylaws. \-Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any noise complaints may result in a noise fine. Please be respectful of neighbors and locals. \-Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel with 30 days' notice, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made without the required notice will not be refunded. We came out with our one year old and dog for a week and had all the space and amenities we needed to keep the place clean and comfortable for a seven day stay. The breezeway was the perfect place to store our wet boots, Thule chariot and hiking backpack, while the outdoor shower came in super handy when it came to rising off sandy boots, clothes and specifically dogs! The wood fire place kept the place cozy and warm while drying out our wet clothes for the next stormy walk, while the covered hot tub was just what we needed morning and afternoon. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen / house in general is stocked with literally anything you could possibly need and the host is super responsive.
