Step inside the vacation rental side and experience the spacious, open-concept living area with high ceilings, abundant natural light, and a local surf theme. This home is designed for entertaining, featuring a large sofa in front of the fireplace, a smart TV, and expansive patio windows that showcase the lush garden oasis outside. Just behind the living room, you’ll find a large wooden dining table, perfect for gathering with friends or family. The fully equipped kitchen includes bar seating for six and all modern amenities, making it ideal for preparing meals and socializing at the same time.

The home has two spacious bedrooms with king beds and ample clothing storage. There is one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. Just around the back of the home, you’ll find a private outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day of surfing or exploring the island.

The outdoor space is perfect for spending time with your family or a small group of friends. Vibrant, colorful seating invites you to gather at the high-top table for dining or unwind around the firepit with an evening drink. Please note: The entrance to this home and the laundry area are shared with the on-site tenant. However, there is a second private door that leads directly to the vacation rental. Guests will be provided with a unique access code for this private entrance upon arrival.




Host Rules
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Age min: must be 23 years or older to book
No parties or events allowed.
Guest Limit: A maximum of 4 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave.
During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.
3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
We offer discounted rates on month long stay ONLY during our low season (Nov-March)
Sorry no pets allowed-Strict!
Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite, in accordance with Tofino bylaws. The tenant occupies the left side of the home. The front entrance and laundry area are shared, but there is a second entrance on the vacation rental side, which is a private space exclusively for guests.”
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
