We were booked into this hotel to find when we arrived they had no room which was very disappointing as we had no notification until we arrived. Was taken to 5-6 other hotels to find a suitable room which took a long time

I booked a room at the seven hotels and then was moved without explanation to the parliament hotel where I was told to come back at 2 for check in. I come back at 4 and I’m MOVED again to the senate hotel. The rooms look like nothing pictured. Book the hotel at your own risk of being moved somewhere else that is not what you paid for. That’s the realistic reason why I have such a low rating.
