The detached holiday home offers 105 m² of space for up to 6 people and is ideal for families and groups. It features a total of 4 rooms, including 2 cosy bedrooms with comfortable box-spring double beds (180x200) on the upper floor and closets. A third bedroom with a closet is located on the ground floor of the property, where two single beds invite you to drift off to sleep.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment—perfect for cooking together in the evenings. In the cosy living area, a sofa nook and a SMART TV invite you to relax. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected at all times. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for all guests.

A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sauna, and whirlpool tub ensures exceptional comfort. A real highlight is the adjoining balcony with a wonderful view of the Katinger Watt! For wellness enthusiasts, a private sauna is available—ideal for unwinding after an active day.

In the guest lounge, the Warft-Treff, we provide washing machines (2×2 euro coins) and dryers (2 euros) for our guests for a fee. Here you’ll also find indoor play areas and a self-service refrigerator stocked with drinks.
The staircase leading to the upper floor is of high quality and should be treated with care. We therefore ask that you do not bring your pets upstairs.
