The pool, gym, and full 6th floor were closed during our stay with no pre warning. The only compensation offered was a massage which given the amount we paid for 4 nights I was not very pleased. The rooms were also tiny. However, the staff and breakfast were great.

Most hotel staff were excellent but some let the others down. Hotel has 2 restaurants casual and formal. Both nice and suit the occassion. Copacabana area is dirty, tired and you need to be super careful. We were advised this at check in.
