"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful showing us how to take the metro and trams. The breakfast was excellent. There were no amenities such as an electric hot water pot or blow dry. Etc. there was soap and shampoo. The bed was comfortable. However there was no air conditioning or anyway to control the temperature of the room. Also the walls were paper thin so that you could hear everything from the other rooms. When we stayed there was a group of young adults laughing in the halls and in the rooms and knocking on each other’s doors until 11:30 pm. We could hear it all."

"Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety. Also, the hotel had a wonder location right along the Vltava River. We loved our stay there and will definitely be using it again the next time we are in Prague."

"I spent 1 night in this hotel and had no issues. Bed was comfortable, room and hotel was very clean. They had restaurant, grocery store and metro within walking distance. This hotel also had an air conditioner, this was a plus."

"We only stayed one night before our flight back home. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the staff was very courteous. We weren't able to get into our room because we had arrived early in the morning, but the staff took our luggage and held it while we went out to explore. We didn't use any of the amenities, but I will say that the breakfast buffet was amazing! We were able to take advantage of the buffet since it opened at six thirty and we were planning on leaving a bit after seven. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who was visiting Prague."
