### Cozy Cottage Pocono Mountain Home Tobyhanna

Looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay during your group trip to the Poconos? Look no further than this newly renovated short term rental! Located in the heart of the ski mountains, this rental is just a 18-minute drive from Kalahari water park and in close proximity to Jack Frost and Camelback ski resorts.  
The space  
This rental is perfect for group trips and offers plenty of space and amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Don't miss out on the opportunity to stay in this stylish and convenient rental during your next Poconos adventure!  
Guest access  
This property is situated in a mountainous area, thereby being surrounded by wildlife. It is imperative to maintain the security of the premises by ensuring that all doors and gates remain closed at all times to prevent the entry of any creatures. Moreover, it is strictly prohibited to leave food unattended outside, as doing so may attract bears and deer. It is essential to exercise constant vigilance regarding the presence of wildlife in the vicinity.  
  
Pets are permitted within the premises; however, please include the pet fee of $60 in your booking to avoid any unforeseen charges upon checkout. It should be noted that this fee is separate from the cleaning fee.  
Pool is open from July 10th to September 4th.  
Pool entry is 15$ Per Guest.  
  
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is ten.  
  
Guests will have access to the hot tub, with a maximum capacity of six adults. Please be aware that the hot tub requires time to reach the desired temperature. Upon arrival, the hot tub will be set to 95 degrees Fahrenheit. If you intend to use the hot tub, please adjust the temperature to your preferred level a few hours in advance. Bear in mind that increasing the temperature by 2 degrees Fahrenheit will take approximately one hour.  
  
PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE HOT TUB IS SET TO 95 DEGREES UPON CHECKOUT AND THAT THE COVER IS CLOSED WHEN NOT IN USE  
  
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, and a smoking fee of $1000 will be levied if this policy is violated.  
  
Additional Information:  
  
The property is equipped with surveillance cameras actively recording video and audio. One camera is positioned in the front, overlooking the driveway, while the other is located in the backyard, monitoring the deck. Both devices are situated on the exterior of the property.  
  
Please maintain cleanliness in the hot tub water and ensure that the cover is secured when not in use to prevent dirt from entering the tub.  
  
This property is situated within a gated community. It is necessary for you to provide me with the details of each guest and vehicle that will be arriving. Failure to provide timely responses or making last-minute reservations will result in a late fee of $75 imposed by the main office. To access the property, it is mandatory to visit the main office and present your driver's license and car registration to obtain a pass. The issuance of a pass is contingent upon having these documents readily available.  
Other things to note  
Not only is this rental perfectly located for your skiing adventures, but it also offers a safe location with access to a playground, lakeside, and outdoor sports. Plus, when you're ready to relax, you can put on your bikini and walk to the pool or take a short drive to the Swimming Beach at Tobyhanna state park. And for those chilly nights, enjoy the hot tub with your loved ones and a quiet evening in the cozy color lighted den.
