Driveway can fit 4 vehicles easily. As we get to the front door, guests will let themselves in by punching in the 4 digit code they personally chose for the smart lock. Entering the home, directly in front of you is stairs leading to the 2nd floor and to your right is the 1st Floor and living. Let's take a tour of the 1st floor. You will be greeted by a very spacious living room with comfortable seating, sofa bed and Large Roku Smart TV above the electric fireplace. The living room is an open space concept where you can see the kitchen from the living room. To the left of the fireplace we have a stand that has board games and playing cards to play on the dining table which is right next to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to cook with including seasoning. We provide K-Cups of Coffee, decaf and tea also. We do not provide any liquid creamers since we don't want guests sharing that. We do provide Splenda and Cane Sugar packets. By the dining table we have sliding doors which will lead you to the backyard that has a full patio deck, BBQ grill and outdoor seating. We also have have a fire pit in the backyard with seating. Going back inside past the kitchen in the hallway, first door to your right is the 1st floor full bathroom with an LED mirror so it can be easy on your eyes in case you have to use it in the middle of the night. Across from the bathroom is the 1st Floor bedroom which has a Queen size memory foam mattress, Smart TV, thermostat, A.C. unit and ceiling fan. Making our way up the stairs, to your right we have a dedicated space for gaming. We have 2 arcade 1up machines, another sofa bed and a fooseball table for endless fun. Walking past the gaming space by the hallway is the second floor full bathroom set up in a modern style the same way the 1st floor full bathroom is set up. On the second floor we have two more bedrooms. Both bedrooms upstairs also have a queen sized memory foam mattress, Smart TV, thermostat, air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. Let's make our way outside to the backyard. On the deck, we have a propane, barbecue grill with outdoor dining table and chairs, and from the deck you can access our hot tub. We also have a woodburning fire pit with seating in the backyard for our guests. You will have free access to Dresser Lake in the community. There is also a nice lake beach in Tobyhanna State Park which is also free access and they have canoe and rowboat rentals. You can also bring your own kayak if you prefer. Near, clean and nicely set up. The host was thoughtful with the ensuring all the standard necessities were available. AC worked very well! Kitchen had plenty of utensils and tools. The hot tub was amazing! Very clean and new. Our group was 8 adults and a small dog and we were all very comfy. A little rough around the edges. House was great. Location worked and house itself was great. I like the keypad check in so you didn’t need to worry about a key. I would say my biggest issues were the couch was very small and hard. It felt like a couch you use for staging a house, not one for actually sitting on. Also, the washer/dryer foamed up when I tried to use it and I couldn’t get the hot water to work in the first floor shower. The second floor shower worked fine though. ##### Todd M. The karaoke was a plus we had fun with it. The only problem we had was the grill not working and even with the property manager coming to change out the tank, the grill did not work and it was a bummer bc we bought so much meat to grill and the whole purpose of our trip was to grill and have fun so that kinda ruined our trip. Hussein responded very quickly but it did not solve our problem. We used the grill for 5 min and it sounded like the gas was leaking so we couldn’t grill the rest of the night. Overall, had the grill worked, we would’ve enjoyed the place more but because grilling was a big part of our trip, I don’t think I would stay here again ##### christina w. We definitely won't be going back and don't recommend anyone to rent until the owner corrects a dozen problems with this property. The owner expected us to interrupt our vacation plans while they sort out the numerous maintenance and safety issues with the shower,furniture and hot tub, to name a few. Within the first few minutes, we noticed several concerning problems and contacted the host. There is a hole in the bathroom, and one of the rooms is locked without any explanation—raising concerns about the reason for the hole. The stairs are in poor condition and present a tripping hazard, with a loose handrail that adds to the risk. Additionally, the floors are uneven, and the back door does not fully close, leaving a gap at the bottom that allows smoke and bugs to enter the property. The washing machine has a noticeable moldy odor, and there is a lawnmower tractor obstructing half of the driveway.
