I can tell that thought went into the layout and furnishings. Loved the firepit (not propane - you need wood.) The owner is extremely responsive and polite—which is a plus. Check-in at the Community Center during a peak time took an hour, so account for that, as the owner cannot control it. Double-check your check out tasks, as they vary in VRBO vs the “Check Out List” posted in the property vs the owner communications. Communication and budgetary planning would work more smoothly if the pet fee were clearly mentioned in the listing—better yet, mentioned where it says “Pet Friendly.” When I booked in November and also when I arrived in December, it was not mentioned anywhere in the listing nor in the pop-up window where all of the additional fees appear. ##### Tiffany G.
