"Hotel is clean and looks like recently updated. Very nice A/ C and floor is all tile/marble. I stayed there 4 nights. The day I checked out asked for some drinking water at the front desk and the clerk gives me 2 small water bottles and said it is 5 Euro in cash. Won’t accept credit card. Luckily I had some Euros with me. Felt rude so I can give only 4 star. "

"Beautiful hotel. Great location. Lovely staff. It’s not the quietest, partly because of the location and some noise travels between rooms too. There was a rooftop bar but we couldn’t get a table to sit up there despite being guests. I would recommend staying here though. The building is stunning and staff were wonderful. "

"Your Suite Rome was a great choice for our first visit. The staff arranged transportation for us that was very reasonably priced. The location was very walkable. We stayed in the “Art Suite” and had plenty of room and comfortable beds. The hair dryer worked great too. "

If you’re arriving past their designated office hours, please keep the hotel staff updated and keep them updated about your arrival time and the staff will make it out to you for check-in. This place was clean, nice, and had access to a fridge, microwave, water kettle, and even a Nespresso machine! "Customer service was fantastic couldn’t fault it. Room was almost clean. The bathroom needed some TLC and a good scrub - which I tried to do. Shower was hot an powerful and towels were perfect! Beds were hard and pillows lumpy. Hotel was lovely and quiet and very safe. "

"A boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff . Breakfast is by arrangement with the restaurant below in the Piazza. Very easy access to the main attractions of Rome and lots of nearby pretty side streets with bespoke shops and reasonably priced restaurants. "
