Excellent hotel! Great location, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, nice room. Only one complaint: the sauna was “out of order”. But other than that one minor issue everything was perfect.

We loved staying at this hotel. Very good breakfast buffet and tons of dining options within easy walking distance. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in providing us with a restaurant list. They were very helpful with maps, HOHO bus reservations, and river cruise tickets.The only negative comment about everything is that the elevator was too small and very slow.

"Apartment was in great condition, had perfect stay meanwhile on dental holiday. The service in main bar was disappointing every night even we only had drinks. And at checkout they wanted to charge me again for the apartment. They blamed it on expedia, although I refused to pay. Needed to leave for ..."
