Overall, the hotel is nice and the staff are very, very friendly. Unfortunately, the shower head was terrible and after a long, sweaty day of walking, I was less than thrilled to use it. There were some holes in the duvet cover. Minor things that could make a big difference. But as I mentioned, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The shower drainage was really bad. We told the person working there that the water was not going down . He said the next day would fix it. We stayed for two nights. However, the next night we still could not take the shower.

I would highly recommend hotel Sahrai in fez everything about this place is exquisite. Nice selection of restaurants all with Fabulous food, one of the best staffs ever. Seriously everything you could ask for if I ever get back to fes I'm staying here

Highly Recommended! A Truly Memorable Stay! We had a wonderful and truly memorable stay at Riad Mazard in Fes! The riad is beautiful, with lovely artistic décor, a delicious breakfast, and an excellent location. But what truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality of staff, and friendly and nice owner. The gentleman and lady who took care of us were absolutely amazing—thoughtful, attentive, and hardworking throughout our stay. One day, we had to leave very early for our Sahara Desert trip, so we wouldn’t have time for breakfast. Knowing this, the gentleman kindly prepared and packed breakfast for us to take along. Such a thoughtful gesture truly touched our hearts and made us feel so well cared for. The lady was kind enough to help us arrange a guide, who turned out to be tremendously helpful and made exploring the medina so much easier and more enjoyable. The owner was also very nice and welcoming. The genuine kindness and exceptional service of the entire team made us feel truly at home. Our experience at Riad Mazard made our trip to Fes even more memorable, and we are so grateful for the care and kindness we received.

"They weren’t expecting us. No restaurant. No wifi. Toilet didn’t work. We had to pay for a taxi to go to the nearest town to find food. The reason we booked this property was because it advertised a restaurant. It’s in the middle of nowhere. This listing should be removed."
