Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Relaxed, self check in. Keys were left downstairs. Quickly responsive. All my questions were answered via WhatsApp, before and while I was there. There's only an airport shuttle if you stay for 3 days or longer. My room was above the restaurant, so I had to close my window. So, I only ended up 1 mosquito bite. Haha. The hotel is off of a main street. A bus runs often. 40 lek to ride, takes you into the city center and you can also connect to another bus to get you to the bus terminal, to take a bus to the beach. Grocery store, coffee shops and bakeries are all within a 5 minute walk. Only met 1 hotel staff. Very sweet older lady! Verbal language was an issue, but communicating was not. Would definitely stay here again!
