### Cozy space in the center of Tirana

The property is located close to the center of the city, within walking distance of most local attractions. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has a little garden that is always cool even on hot days. It has recently been renovated so everything is new. We added cameras outside for your peace of mind, and all the doors are fitted with smart locks so you don't have to handle any keys. There is parking in front of the main entrance which with a small gate to keep it reserved for the property.
