Nice big new construction condo really close to Skanderberg square and all downtown attractions. Has a parking spot underground which they charge a small amount per day extra which is good as there is zero street parking ever open in the area. Once you see the building turn into the lane that goes toward the parkade to stop otherwise you can’t stop and will miss the building. Like a studio with 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, and it is part of another joining 2 units under 1 large unit. We heard noises from the other tenant's children. The communication was to be improved. There were no check-in instructions whatsoever. Usually, in this case, the host will be there waiting for you. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Erdan only assisted me in entering the apartment by phone, thus made it a bit complicated and I imagined for travellers who do not have internet/roaming while travelling will have a problem entering this apartment. The checkout instructions were conflicting. It said to just leave the keys on the table but without the keys, you will not be able to go out from the main door thus we were stucked for a quite a while.
