"This hotel is a great base for a trip to this magnificent city. Smallish hotel which has a real family feel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Room was spacious and clean Breakfast was good Definitely recommend "

"The hotel is amazing, looks great, lots of amenities, fantastic restaurant and the spa is small but brilliant (had a great massage there). The staff are helpful and don’t dilly-dally, which is refreshing. Breakfast is also included and has what you need to start your day (eggs, sausages, bacon, French toast, bread, cereal, fruit, pastries and cold meats and cheese). The rooms are large and spacious, but be warned, there are no kettles in the room if you’re partial to a cup of tea. However, you can go to the supermarket round the corner and get teabags, and they give you hot water and milk in the lobby in paper cups, so not the end of the world. Location is also good, only a 10-15 minute walk from Skanderbeg Square, nice local area with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants, and easy to get a taxi from and too. Only issue we had was that the bed is hard, so took longer than usual to fall asleep, but that’s just a personal preference. Overall, really liked this place, would stay here again, and great value for money versus other similar hotels. There’s also a rooftop bar and pool which is nice to chill in, especially as it’s so hot!"

"Great location, staff pleasent and welcoming. We turned up at 2am shattered after a long overnight bus journey and the receptionist was lovely and quick at checking us in. "

"The front desk staff, especially the older gentleman with glasses was excellent .friendly , efficient , fast checking . Located downtown by the main attraction . Great food at restaurant . The room had a very large bed which was awesome . The buffet a bit disorganized , food was ok, WiFi very weak and inconsistance making it hard to work on line .window don’t provide full silence and you can hear the outside . Over all good"
