It combines the charm of a classic cottage with the luxuries of a modern home — ideal for families, couples, or a small group of friends looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the outdoors. License: STRTT-2026-035 Inside, the main floor features a bright open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a cozy electric fireplace and smart TV. There are three bedrooms on this floor: two with queen beds and one with a twin-over-double bunk bed. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this level. Head downstairs to discover a fully loaded games room, complete with a pool table, PlayStation, board games, and another smart TV. You’ll also find a second full bathroom with a shower and a private gym equipped with a treadmill, weight machine, rower, and the highlight — an electric SAUNA for the ultimate relaxation experience. Outside, the fenced backyard is your private oasis. Fire up the propane BBQ, dine under the string-lit pergola, unwind in the 6-person hot tub, or gather around the fire pit in the Muskoka chairs. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. 4\. Any damage caused by your pet is the owner’s full responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly. 5\. Please ensure your pet does not bark excessively or disturb neighbours. 6\. You must clean up after your pet in the yard.
