### Villa Rosa Maria 

Villa Rosa-Maria(254 sqm) is an airy villa perched above Tinos town,overlooking the bay and nearby islands. The minimal design with playful artistic touches and colourful tones creates a calm boho atmosphere. The Villa has 3 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms , a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious veranda with panoramic views. The villa has private parking. The location allows for breezy access to the beach of Kionia and Agios Fokas. Tinos town is 2 minutes away.  
  
The house is at walking distance from the capital town of Tinos (10 minute walk) but at the same time it offers privacy and relaxation. On the south part of the house there is a terrace, protected by the north wind, where you can enjoy sunset and the beautiful view to the neighboring islands. Moreover, it is an enviromentally friendly house with solar heater and an energy fireplace system for the winter. It can accommodate six people and it is also ideal for writers or painters.
