Located at the beautiful area of Agios Fokas Tinos, this brand new minimal style villa combines the simplicity of the Cycladitic houses with the facilities of modern style accomodation. Tinian Stone and wood were harmoniously combined with modern construction materials, giving the space a simple luxury that satisfies the refind taste of visitors.
This Villa is located a few meters away from Agios Fokas sandy beach, features two bedrooms with large double beds and en suite showers, one toilet and a living room, dining area and kitchen. All furniture and items are of exceptional aesthetics and quality. Guests can enjoy the outdoors private pool area over looking the rural landscape. Agios Fokas beach, well known for its blue crystal shallow water and its numerous beachbars and restaurants is on a distance of 5-7 minutes.
The owner is living at the same property next to the villa without disturbing or meeting guests who enjoy their privacy.
The guests can enter the Villa from the parking lot area, which is also used by the owner.
