Built in 1787, of wood and stone, in the oldest and most picturesque neighborhood of the country of Tinos, just 10 meters from the monument, APANO VRYSI, is the Neoclassical building of the same name.   
  
Renovated, ground floor and cool due to its 80-100cm stone walls, high ceiling and built-in beds for a quiet and restful sleep, simple and frugal with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.   
  
The apartments are fully equipped with WiFi, T.V, a/c , fridge, (kitchenette with oven in apartment 2), toaster, kettle, gas stove, coffee maker, catering items, pharmacy, hair dryer, ironing board, iron.   
  
In the center of the city and on the quietest, most photographed, cobbled pedestrian street, next to the picturesque church of Agios Nikolaos, accessible by car, parallel to Megalochari avenue (80m), only 250m. from the port but also from the Holy Church of Megalocharis, central bus station, playground, open-air market of local fruit and vegetable and agricultural products, super-market, oven (70m.), archaeological museum, spiritual center and library of the Holy Foundation of Evangelistria of Tinos ( 100m) cafes, taverns, restaurants, bars and steakhouses (60m)
