The room was very quiet and faced the back so no street noise. The room was very clean. The style and decor meant that the room wasn’t very private for 2 friends staying as the divider was wooden and see through. This would be fine for couples. We paid extra for access to the Club Lounge. This was great for soft drinks, coffee and a snack. The aperitif snack was disappointing as it wasn’t very fresh. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, instead we opted to go to the local bakery. The breakfast looked disappointing and repetitive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Logis Hotel Restaurant des Acacias Lille Tourcoing in Neuville-en-Ferrain. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for. They truly made my stay a pleasure. The rooms were spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness both in the bedroom and bathroom, which added to the comfort of the experience. The attention to detail was evident, and I felt at ease throughout my stay. The restaurant area was another highlight—a pleasant and inviting space with a warm atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal. The added convenience of free parking was invaluable, especially since I have mobility issues. Having such accessible amenities made my visit so much easier and stress-free. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, whether for leisure or business. I’m already looking forward to returning next year if I have the chance!
