"Check-in is difficult at best as it is between 4 pm to 6 pm and after that you would be provided additional instructions because they are closed. She was not pleasant and all business. I think if you wanted to check-in before 4 pm there is a $50 charge. A $4 charge for a bag ice. There are too many rules and charges 🙄. She suggests places to eat worked for her but not those who are traveling under a budget. The only place she suggested was the Miner's Restaurant next door by the Miner's Hotel, hint, hint."

"This is a hotel at the end of a line of 3 different hotels. Breakfast was good but the ice maker was broken. At check in we had a difficult time understanding where things were located. On the second day we found the luggage carts by the next door hotel. It was clean and the trolley made it convenient."

I travel 30-40 weeks a year on business and the staff at Mineral Palace was the friendliest, most attentive, professional team I have had the pleasure of working with. Front desk, manager, valet, top to bottom the best!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!"
