Front desk not friendly. Stayed here many times because we like location and breakfast at the Gem. But probably the last time. Stayed on 2nd floor and couldn’t sleep because of person above our room on the 3rd floor was so loud, thought they were coming through the ceiling.

I was concerned after reading negative reviews. I was more than pleasantly surprised! I travel 30-40 weeks a year on business and the staff at Mineral Palace was the friendliest, most attentive, professional team I have had the pleasure of working with. Front desk, manager, valet, top to bottom the best!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
