"Nice place overall. The air conditioner on the 6th floor did not work. Complained to the front desk, and initially they told me it was motion sensing and because we weren't in the room it was not turning on. Went back to the room and 45 mins later it was still 78 degrees and climbing, with no windows to open, and zero cold air blowing out. I went down and complained again and they moved us into a spare room, which initially they said they didn't have availabile. The new room AC worked perfectly or I would have written a much different review."
