Walk up several stairs to reach the front door, and step inside this home to find a bright and welcoming living space with plenty of sunshine streaming in through the ocean-facing windows. The interior of the home boasts of gorgeous pine on the walls and ceilings. From the bright, well-stocked kitchen, you will have everything you may need to cook up tasty meals during your stay, including all major appliances and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Connect to the WiFi to stream some soft background music while you prepare meals. Sit down together at the large dining room table that seats 8 comfortably and enjoy a hot breakfast together before heading out for a morning of exploring the beach. This table is sure to inspire a session of board or card games that can be found at the house. Comfortable sofas and chairs are arranged in front of the fireplace so you can enjoy a crackling fire or curl up on the couch and watch the large Roku TV and DVD player. View a gorgeous sunset or a dramatic winter storm, all from the comfort of this warm, cozy living area. The home has three nicely-appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. They are easy to work with, always communicative and professional. The home is in the perfect location and always spotless. This is our first time back in a few years and we noticed the home is in need of some general upkeep; repairs to the woodwork around the windows, flooring, countertops, and replacing torn rugs would put a new sparkle on The Lookout. Additionally, the fireplace doesn’t draw smoke up and out the chimney which has left a layer of soot on the mantle and turned the quite ceiling dingy over the years - a fresh coat of paint would really tidy things up. The location is unparalleled! The view is amazing and can’t be beat. We love that the bedrooms and living space are all on one level. The upper level is great for kids to hangout. Memorable property Perfect beach stay! View is panoramic from the front door and in the majority of the communal spaces. Incredibly well stocked kitchen for our food centric weekend.
