Experience instant relaxation when setting foot into this beautiful home with breathtaking views of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. This thoughtfully designed home has an open-plan with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all comprising one great room with a wall of windows looking out over the beautiful bay and ocean as well as a great view of Cape Lookout. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, and the dining area seats 10 (8 at a table, 2 more at a bar height counter). The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 10\. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and the bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds with both having a pull out twin size bed underneath. A private, covered hot tub awaits our guests on the back deck so it can be enjoyed during any kind of weather. The back deck also has a large outdoor dining table and a propane grill so this makes it another great space to gather around and spend time with your friends and family. Beach access is less than a 5-minute walk away and you can feel confident walking to the beach down a paved, quiet neighborhood road. Family Tides is designed to bring a family together as well as provide private spaces. The layout caters to the needs of large groups, yet is perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is amazing, super close to the beach and the few Netarts restaurants. The beds are really comfortable and there are plenty of linens.
