"LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! A golf course with the mountain backdrop is the "backyard" and the beach is the "front yard", pretty literally. Outside of the location (which is pretty near perfect), the welcoming and whimsicle home made our stay in Seaside wonderful. We stayed only one night but wish it had been longer. My favorite part of the home was the kitchen, master bath, and spacious living room upstairs with all the views. The home smelled and was squeaky clean when we arrived. The host was so gracious and helpful and responsive when (through no fault of theirs), I was unable to find the access instructions. My favorite part of our stay (which wouldn't have happened had the beach not been as close) was collecting sand dollars on the beach and watching the sunset then walking back to the home filled with peace. Thank you, hosts!"
