"Location is excellent to beach, restaurants and stores, all easy walks. Great ocean view from 3rd floor with elevator access. Room was clean but with outdated furniture and old yellow bath and sink. Quiet location further down promenade from bigger hotels and traffic. We booked 4 days in advance but room prices were lower for the same room the next couple of days. Overall enjoyed our stay at Seaside and will come again. Hope High Tides finishes their remodel soon."

"The staff were amazing from questions at booking to check in an checking out. Even though we were close to the highway it was very quiet, the people in the morning woke us up above us but that's normal. They wanted to get up and get going also. breakfast was okay normal for continental breakfast. Will stay here again bed was really comfortable"

"We rented a room with a kitchenette and was stocked with all amenities except for anything used for cooking (i.e salt, oil, etc), so if you're planning on using the kitchen, please be sure to buy some ahead of time. As stated by it's name, the hotel was right outside the oceanfront. It was lovely being able to watch the sunrise/sunset from the hotel window and you were minutes away from the beach itself. Breakfast is included in the price of admission and they were fully stocked for the usual continental breakfast including multiple dairy items. We actually were in love with the local yogurt that the hotel stocked (I believe it was a brand called YAMI) and it was nice that the hotel included local offerings instead of big brand name items."

"Pros: Amazing views, both front and back had spectacular views and phenomenal access to a quiet, beautiful beach. There was an eagle in the backyard that was amazing to see! The space was cozy and perfectly situated so that all family members could access downtown Seaside and quickly hop over to Cannon Beach. The house was tidy overall. Cons: We arrived and the garbage was overflowing. An animal had clearly gotten in and scattered garbage around. There was pet hair on the carpets and a few towels had hair on them too. The house smelled musty upon entrance, too. Also, many dishes in the cabinet were wet. I reached out to the property manager and they messaged requesting photos and indicating that they would get back to me and someone should be by to pick up the garbage. They didn’t get back to me at all, and when we left, the garbage still hadn’t been picked up and was overflowing. As side notes - the kitchen is very tiny, there was only beach chair that worked, the deck is lovely, the house is quiet, and the driveway was able to fit two cars easily."
